TRADEMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing, registering for, or using the TradeMotion mobile application "App" and related services "Services", you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions "Terms". If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App or Services.
2. DEFINITIONS
- "App" means the TradeMotion mobile application
- "Services" means all services provided through the App
- "User" means any individual or entity using the App
- "Tradesperson" means a registered user offering trade services
- "Business" means a registered user seeking trade services
- "Job" means a work opportunity posted by a Business
- "Job Application" means a response from a Tradesperson to a Job posting
- "Platform" means the TradeMotion ecosystem including the App and backend services
3. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
TradeMotion is a digital marketplace platform that connects:
- Businesses seeking trade services with qualified tradespeople
- Tradespeople offering trade services with businesses requiring their expertise
The Platform facilitates job posting, application management, communication, and payment processing for trade-related services.
4. USER REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNTS
4.1 Registration Requirements
- Users must be at least 18 years old
- Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Users must maintain the security of their account credentials
- Users are responsible for all activities under their account
4.2 Account Types
- Tradesperson Accounts: For individuals offering trade services
- Business Accounts: For businesses seeking trade services
- Reseller Accounts: For authorized resellers (subject to restrictions)
4.3 Account Verification
- Business accounts require approval before activation
- Tradesperson accounts may require qualification verification
- Users must provide valid identification and business documentation when requested
5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
5.1 General Obligations
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Maintain professional conduct and communication
- Respect other users' privacy and rights
- Report any suspicious or inappropriate activity
5.2 Tradesperson Responsibilities
- Maintain valid qualifications and certifications
- Provide accurate service descriptions and pricing
- Respond to job applications in a timely manner
- Complete agreed-upon work to professional standards
- Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
5.3 Business Responsibilities
- Provide accurate job descriptions and requirements
- Respond to applications and communications promptly
- Pay agreed-upon amounts for completed work
- Provide necessary access and information for job completion
- Maintain safe working conditions
6. JOB POSTING AND APPLICATIONS
6.1 Job Posting
- Jobs must be accurately described with clear requirements
- Pricing must be transparent and reasonable
- Jobs must comply with applicable laws and regulations
- Businesses are responsible for job content accuracy
6.2 Job Applications
- Tradespeople may apply to relevant job postings
- Applications must be submitted in good faith
- Tradespeople must have the qualifications for the job
- Applications are binding offers subject to acceptance
6.3 Job Completion
- Work must be completed to agreed-upon specifications
- Changes to job scope require mutual agreement
- Disputes should be resolved through Platform mediation
- Completion certificates may be required for payment
7. PAYMENT AND FEES
7.1 Payment Structure
- Standard Job Posting: £35.99 per job
- Plus Job Posting: £45.99 per job
- Credit Wallet System: Pre-paid credits for job postings
- Payment Processing: Stripe payment gateway integration
7.2 Credit Wallet
- Users may purchase credits in advance
- Credits are non-refundable except as required by law
- Bulk credit purchases may receive discounts
- Credits expire after 12 months from purchase
7.3 Payment Terms
- Payment is required before job posting activation
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
- Refunds are processed according to Platform policy
- Currency is displayed in GBP (British Pounds)
8. COMMUNICATION AND MESSAGING
8.1 Platform Communication
- Users may communicate through Platform messaging
- Communication must remain professional and relevant
- Personal contact information should not be shared initially
- Platform monitors communications for quality assurance
8.2 Notification Services
- Users receive notifications for relevant activities
- Notification preferences can be managed in account settings
- OneSignal integration provides push notifications
- Email notifications are sent for important updates
9. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
9.1 Data Collection
- Personal information is collected for service provision
- Location data may be used for job matching
- Communication data is stored for service quality
- Payment information is processed securely through Stripe
9.2 Data Usage
- Data is used to provide and improve Services
- User data is not sold to third parties
- Data may be shared with service providers as necessary
- Users have rights to access and control their data
9.3 Security Measures
- Firebase authentication secures user accounts
- Data transmission is encrypted
- Regular security audits are conducted
- Breach notification procedures are in place
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
10.1 Platform Rights
- TradeMotion retains all rights to the Platform
- App code, design, and content are protected
- Users may not reverse engineer or copy the Platform
- Trademarks and branding are Platform property
10.2 User Content
- Users retain rights to their content
- Users grant Platform license to display and use content
- Users are responsible for content legality and accuracy
- Platform may remove inappropriate content
11. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Users must not:
- Post false or misleading information
- Harass or discriminate against other users
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Attempt to circumvent payment systems
- Use Platform for illegal activities
- Interfere with Platform operation
- Create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes
- Share account credentials with others
12. TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION
12.1 Account Termination
- Users may terminate accounts at any time
- Platform may terminate accounts for Terms violations
- Termination results in loss of access to Services
- Outstanding obligations remain after termination
12.2 Service Suspension
- Platform may suspend services for investigation
- Suspension may occur for suspected violations
- Users will be notified of suspension reasons
- Services resume upon violation resolution
13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
13.1 Platform Mediation
- Platform provides dispute resolution services
- Users should attempt resolution through Platform first
- Mediation is free for Platform users
- Platform decisions are binding for Platform matters
13.2 External Resolution
- Users may pursue external legal remedies
- Platform cooperation is provided for legal proceedings
- Governing law is determined by user location
- Arbitration clauses may apply to certain disputes
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
14.1 Platform Liability
- Platform provides marketplace services only
- Platform is not responsible for user conduct
- Platform liability is limited to direct damages
- Platform is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
14.2 User Liability
- Users are responsible for their actions
- Users must indemnify Platform for violations
- Users are liable for damages caused to others
- Users must maintain appropriate insurance
15. FORCE MAJEURE
Platform is not liable for:
- Natural disasters or acts of God
- Government actions or regulations
- Technical failures beyond Platform control
- Third-party service disruptions
- Unforeseen circumstances preventing service provision
16. CHANGES TO TERMS
16.1 Modification Process
- Platform may modify Terms at any time
- Users will be notified of significant changes
- Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes
- Users may terminate accounts if changes are unacceptable
16.2 Notification Methods
- Changes are posted in the App
- Email notifications are sent for major changes
- Users should regularly review Terms
- Current Terms are always available in the App
17. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
17.1 Applicable Law
- Terms are governed by applicable local laws
- Platform operates under UK regulations
- International users are subject to local laws
- Platform complies with GDPR requirements
17.2 Dispute Venue
- Disputes are resolved in appropriate jurisdictions
- Platform headquarters are in the United Kingdom
- Users agree to jurisdiction for Platform matters
- Alternative dispute resolution may be required

By using the TradeMotion App and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
